Server computer won't connect to CPW

I have a Dell Poweredge 2950 and recently I have noticed that I cannot connect to my web servers hosted on that specific computer anymore. I can still use the internet and download rpms but I cannot connect to my control panel. The error I get from chrome is:

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I am running CentOS 7 if you would like to know.

Any help would be awesome.

Open command shell, and try

Code:

telnet <your.server> 80<cr>
GET / HTTP/1.0<cr><cr>

This wil tell you whether your server responds to HTTP requests.

its not responding

This means that either your server is not working properly, or there is no connection between the client and the server.
Can you ping your server?

I figured out what it was. My server computers firewall was not set up properly
