cant open device and printer and unable to connect network printer on acer aspire z desktop

I cant connect to printer network and unable to access the device and printer on my control panel, the printer is online but its appear offline on my device..
My Os win 7 ultimate and I use canon pixma ix6500 series on my work group..
Thanks for listening my problem..

no, just I cant open controlpanel ->hardware and sound-> Device and printer to figure it out the problem and Im unable to use the network printer as well, its appear offline here but actually it is online..
no network problem nor connection, I knew it after I try to share a file trough the same network, then I just realise that the problem might be came from my Os or the desktop..
