Yes it is compatible with your rig. It can run games in pretty descent resolution preset but don't expect more if you are doing any hardcore gaming with those components.
Your psu has pcie cables and has sufficient power to support HD 5770. Though psu quality is different issue.

The HD 5770 is the faster and better than HD 6670.
