Right now i have a chance to get either gigabytes 780ti ghz edition or 290x lightning for (after i sell my previous card) 200€. Now mind you these are the only two cards that are on sale in my country and costs that much( 780ti 400€ and with backplate 423€ and lightning 445€) so i dont have a chance to pick between other 780ti's. Now i dont mind payin' those few exstra for lightning for example if it would turned out tht 780ti ghz is really that problematic, my problem is cuz ive heared alots of bad things about the 780ti ghz from gigabyte, i know 780ti is better card and has more raw power which i need since im playin' on a 1440p monitor. So my question is if theres any 780ti ghz owners or any1 that has any info about the card would be awesome!

IMHO, both are good cards, but i'd personally use the 780Ti for the lower power draw since my PSU and casing airflow isn't going to be comfortable with the ~300W draw the 290X needs.
