I read that you have to go to the Nvidia control panel, then global settings. From there, you should be able to turn it on or whatever it says... After that, you should be able to enable it in the games settings. Sorry if it's a vague explanation. I haven't had the chance to try it out yet, but it's the closest thing to an answer I've found. Let me know if it works!

Go into dsr and select thr res/resolutions you want. Then in the game, set your screen res to 4k for example. Also, I would lower the smoothing option to around 10 if you're down sampling from 4k.

In BF4 I noticed a difference, it's not huge, but every little graphical improvement is welcome. I mean nothing can replace high native res, but dsr seems to help visual quality a tad bit.

We have a discussion of DSR going here:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2344781/nvidia-driver-brings-dsr-support-fermi-kepler-gpus.html

Basically, you can check off all the boxes under the DSR setting in the Nvidia Control Panel Global Settings. Then in game you'll have access to resolutions above your monitor's native resolution. Selecting a higher resolution causes your card to render at that resolution, then it downsamples it back to your native resolution. It will really improve your graphics quality, but can have a major impact on performance the higher you go with the DSR resolution.

Mine is set to 2560 by something (it's a 1080p monitor). So far haven't seen that much of a difference (tried Tomb Raider, Borderlands 2, Trials Fusion where my FPS was awful (30 fps)) apart from the Steam in game text was tiny and near unreadable

Many have had trouble with DSR setting simply not being there at all in Nvidia control panel for more than 6months if you have more than one monitor in your system. Setting it to single display helped me and other before but after latest update that does not work anymore.

I am using a 42" TV as a monitor with external graphics card on a laptop and it is impossible to deactivate the internal screen to get DSR working with the external monitor on the latest drivers.... Simply put this sucks

For all laptop users that use optimus, don`t install windows 10. Optimus GPU switching only work in win7 and 8,1/8.
