How do I reboot my toshiba windows 7 computer after I just deleted the hard drive? What is the boot media? It says insert boot

"reboot" is not what you want. Rebooting is smply turning off the computer and turning it back on. What you need is "reinstalling". Take your Windows 7 disk, and run the full setup again, install the drivers for your system from the computer makers support site. If you don't have one, you can get a Windows 7 ISO disk from Digital River, create a DVD from that and use the code on your computer to re-install and activate it.
