"reboot" is not what you want. Rebooting is smply turning off the computer and turning it back on. What you need is "reinstalling". Take your Windows 7 disk, and run the full setup again, install the drivers for your system from the computer makers support site. If you don't have one, you can get a Windows 7 ISO disk from Digital River, create a DVD from that and use the code on your computer to re-install and activate it.
