Intel D945GCR motherboard bios update to enable overclocking?

I have an Intel D945GCR motherboard i would like to overclock but when i go to the bios there are no options to overclock. I figured i needed a bio update so i googled D945GCR Bios update but only D945GCCR updates came up. i would like to know are the the same? can i use the D945GCCR update on the D945GCR? thanks.
specs are:
Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2GHz
2GB RAM DDR2
EVGA 8800GTS 320mb (G80)
Intel D945GCR mobo

No they're not the same and one must not apply a MoBo's BIOS update to another MoBo. It can render your motherboard unusable. And I'm certain you have an OEM desktop, and OCing is usually not supported in their MoBos, so update will not bear any fruits.
