Yes, liquid cooling will not affect idle temps, unless you were getting like 30C idle temps w/o AIO, you're all good.
Well a while ago, i used to get 16C when pc was idle, but im kind of scared to play any online games like smite or whatever, because sometimes when i turn on my computer it gives me a pop up message that i had failure in previous overclocking, but i never overclock my cpu, because i dont feel like it.
and if i do any activity like watching movie online or so temperature goes up to 40+ Celsius.

usually, a warning of failed OC comes up when your pc fails to boot 3(or 4? not sure) times. that is a safety feature where it will revert bios settings to default (so you could boot). not sure if there are other instances where it will pop up
