It almost certainly is, but if you wanna be sure try putting the two together in pcpartpicker.com

However, I'm not sure I'd recommend that PSU... try something from Seasonic, XFX or a Corsair AX or TX

The cheapest PSU I would suggest for that graphics card :

Is it compatible? Yes!
Is it recommended? Not really...

The PSU doesn`t seem to be a reliable one.
You would be better off with a 550W PSU from a good brand.
