Hello!
I used HD Tune to diagnose my extHDD

HD Tune Pro: Toshiba External USB 3.0
S.M.A.R.T.

Attention (05) Reallocated Sector Count 100 100 50 808 Number of retired sectors : 808
Attention (C4) Reallocated Event Count 100 100 0 100 Number of sector replacement operations: 100
Attention (C5) Current Pending Sector 100 100 0 680 Number of unstable sectors: 680

Warnings : 3

These are the 3 warning in my extHDD, is there any ways to fix this? Or perhaps bring this to a local hdd repair shop?

And when i run the Benchmark in HD tune, it says Read Error! Test Aborted.

Solution
You cannot 'repair' a HD in the way that you are thinking, like you might repair a car. Once it start sot die, it will die - they don't go on forever.

Make sure you have all your data backed up, and then consider replacing it
