Upgraded cpu to a fx6300 on my m5a78l - mlxplus board but I get no signal help!

Hi guys new to the forums, was wondering if you can help me with this issue as I'm not much of a computer person.

I've placed the cpu in but there is no signal any ideas? Thanks
