If you have malware/spyware what parts of your computer can you use in a different build

I have really bad malware and spyware and my budget is limited. I've been told to get PC MRI but I have seen poor reviews with the software. I've also been told to take my computer to the "geek squad" but that would cost $350+. So is it possible just to use old parts in a new build? What would I have to replace to get rid of malware/spyware

Wipe the HDD. Unless it's extremely advanced and got into the BIOS (VERY VERY UNLIKELY. Don't know of anything that does this), wiping the HDD and reinstalling Windows from clean media will fix it.

You can re-use everything. Just wipe the HDD like as already been said.

Doing a fresh operating install will fix it for sure, but I would try malwarebytes first to see if that takes care of the problem.
