So this is my first time building a desktop computer. Before any nonsense about static electricity, the computer was up and running for a month before this issue. I moved the desktop from one room to another, and when I inserted the power cord and pressed the power button nothing happens. I've tried everything from changing the AC cord to changing the outlet. Making sure that the power switch on the back was on. I'm currently at a standstill. I will check the power supply next. Before I do is there any advice out there in regards to my issue?
My rig-
Motherboard- asrock extreme4
PSU- EVGA 500w bronze cert
RAM- 2x 8gb Crucial Ballistix
CPU- i5 4770k
GPU- MSI 760 2gb
Running a standard Samsung SSD and a WD HDD.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The Desktop is in the same location, so I'm using the same socket. Just had to move it to place other things around the room. Thanks for the help though!

All the tiny connections inside the PC are still connected and as for the light, there should be a red light that lights up however I believe no power is entering the system. So the light does not go on.
