exFat vs NTFS for OpenSUSE 13.1/Windows 8.1

So here is the deal in my pc i have Windows 8.1 but i need OpenSuse also.I bought ADATA HV620 2 Tb to install the OpenSUSE inside.While i create a new partition at the external i have to choose between exFat n NTFS.Which should i choose in order to be able the files can be shared without problems??

Solution
NTFS is always the better option. Only reason you'd want to go exFAT is if you wanted to be able to connect the drive directly to a Mac and have full read/write support without additional software.

However exFAT is an unstable filesystem and may just stop working after a quick power outage.
