So I'm about to overclock my 1 week old 8350 from 4.0GHz to like 4.5GHz. I don't use the stock cooler. Here's a list of my components needed to know:

CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo
Mobo: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
+Added thermal paste (of course)
Windows 7 64bit, GTX 760, 8GB RAM
My case has 2 fans

What is the best settings in AMD OverDrive to use (voltage etc.) overclocking to 4.5GHz? And if I should disable Turbo Core Control.

Your question is a double-post.

I have already provided information in your OP here:

Using AMD Overdrive is not the best way to do this. I recommend you take some time to read the info on how to overclock your CPU in the 2 links provided in your original post.

You need to have a good understanding of the do's and dont's before you start changing voltages and multipliers. It will help you get the best results.
