I have had my computer since July and it has worked fine until I tried to turn it on today. I logged in tried to start a game and it shut off. I tried again, but this time it only loaded and then shut off. I went through and completely rebuilt the computer thinking a wire was unplugged and turned it on it lasted a few minutes and shut off again. I tried to load bios and then it turned off again.

Solution
Since you are using a liquid cooler, you could have a pump issue (stuck, not connected, stalled due to air bubbles, etc.) causing it to overheat. Try checking temperatures, see how high they go before the system shuts down.

Without more details about the system configuration, my vote defaults to PSU issue too - the most common cause for systems randomly rebooting or failing to boot.

If you have a PSU with the output regulation of a bucking bronco, it can damage or kill components so you should not obstinately try turning a PC that starts randomly shutting down on - every unnecessary extra attempt is one more chance of something going catastrophically wrong.
