Thoughts and suggestions on this Budget Build?

MB - Changed to an ASRock offering. Cheaper and has the same features...
MEM - Switched to DDR3-1866 CL9 modules. Cheaper and a bit better performance.
GPU - The 280x represents the better bang-for-the-buck over the GTX 770.
CASE - Switched to the Source 220. Good budget case with front USB 3.0.
PSU - No on the bequiet! Poor components... Stick with XFX or Seasonic.

the crucial memory costs less than the g.skill you suggested here in Germany, is it worth the 10€ more?
Also the gtx770 and the 280x cost roughly the same here.
I like your build but its costs ~800€ here which I would pay if I didnt have to buy a monitor and a keyboard too.
