How to update a bios for a cpu I have.

Hi I ordered the asrock z68 motherboard but it doesnt support my 3770 I have. People say I need to update my Bios but how do I do that if I dont have a processor that is supported. Please confirm that my processor is not supported too.

Cant do much about it if it isnt supported. Only thing you can do is take to a local PC shop- and ask them to flash it. Or before you get it ask them to flash it before they send it

If your mobo doesn't support it you'll need to get a supported CPU in it to be able to update it's BIOS, there are several Asrock z68 versions so I couldn't check it, go ahead to it's website and look for your specific mobo it's supported CPU list.
