My word document suddenly disappeared and i can't get it back.
I saved it yesterday, i wanted to open it today and it was gone.
I didn't delete it, moved it or gave it another name.
1. I tried searching for the document (Start and than search for that document).
2. I tried using a File Recover program, he can't find it.
3. I tried start>Control Panel>Folder>Show hidden files, i still can't see it.
I'm using Windows 7.
It's important, i need for (my) school.

More information is needed. Were you signed into a network when you did this?
If so, you may have saved it on a terminal server's "C:" rather than your own. Finding it would be dependent on reconnecting with the same session (or same cluster member if the terminal "server" is actually a cluster, e.g. through a Netscaler). Your school's IT department should be able to assist (or give you the final bad news if VMs are re-imaged).

I saved it on a USB-flash drive(Don't know the name exactly), the drive itself is quite new and never got any problems with it. This week i'm free from school (vaction/holiday), so i can't go to school. The next Tuesday I need to deliver that project (October 28th). That document stand in my recent files, if I want to open it, it says: This file can not be found (F:\Werkstuk politiek.docx goed.docx).

If you are putting the USB stick into a different machine, it may be getting a different drive letter assignment. Rather than F:, perhaps it is G: (or higher).

I tried that on a Windows 8 Laptop, it got a higher drive letter (E) but my document is still gone.

Certainly, although I'm running out of ideas. Perhaps someone else can help too.
If you pulled out the flash drive without using "Eject" first, the file may not have finished writing, in which case you are unfortunately out of luck.

local copies can be recovered from your temp files as long as they didn't get deleted. I can look really smart and type a bunch of random acronyms but you want help. This is the steps to find and recover your document. We do this all the time at work. No worries
