Hey Guys,

I wanna buy an new pc with nice setup. But is this good enough?

What i wanna get out of my pc or this setup:

High FPS like 120 FPS or even higher then that, In Battlefield 4 or any new games that is out or coming out.
Playing Games on Ultra Settings.
Render Video's as Fast as possible with Fast Memory Card.
Big Time overclocking.
multi-tasking programs (Reason i choose AMD instead of Intel. I know Intel is better and more stable but also expensive).

Build: (That i wanna purchase)

MSI R9 290 GAMING 4G (Graphic Card)
Aerocool Strike-X EN53754, 800 W (Power Supply)
CM Storm Trooper (Pc Case)
AMD FX-8350, 4,0 GHz (4,2 GHz Turbo Boost) AM3+ (processor)
G.Skill 32 GB DDR3-1600 Quad-Kit (Memory Card)
HGST Ultrastar 7K4000, 3 TB 7200 rpm (Hard Drive)
ASRock 990FX Extreme9, socket AM3+ (MOBO)

What OS you guys recommend Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 for Gaming?
Mobo i ain' really sure if its a good enough. still between the ASRock 990FX Extreme9, socket AM3+ or ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z, socket AM3+.

Thanks for your time guys and hope you can answer me on those questions.

Please tell me why if its not a good build and reason out of it.

Solution
I would use an Intel Chip like the i7 4790K if you're going for high end gaming and Ultra Settings. I would also eye the 970 or 780Ti to confidently run 120fps on ultra with the latest games.

PSU is fine, slightly overkill. Could be fine with a 650 Antec

If you want speed, don't buy your slow 3TB hard drive. Buy an SSD, like the Samsung 840 EVO. You can get cheap external drives later for music, movies, pictures etc.

Buy a solid board that has high quality capacitors and voltage regulation for the CPU to overclock the 4790k like the ASUS Z97 series, Deluxe or Pro or even the Rampage, or Maximus line.

Your memory is fine, but if you're overclocking, you want faster memory. The memory you're purchasing has a maximum speed equal...

So basically the setup i picked isn't good enough? Since i always loved AMD itself more then Intel don't know why but i had 1 time an Intel didn't like it so much hardly could multi-tasking since i use 3 programs or even more not always but it was nice to do more then just 1 thing :p.

About Hard Drive yeah its kinda slow good point you made on that thanks for reading and apply on my questions =). I surely gonna consider that.
