Cooler might be too big for 2400mhz ram to fit?

hi I need some advise, I really want the kingston hyper x beast 2400mhz 8gb of ram as I heard my apu will benefit extremely well from it. But I also want better quality cooling so my apu can last but it seems that there wont be any space for the same as it is very tall for the after market cooler to fit properly. I dont want to overclock but I also want a quieter computer.

so shall I sacrifice a smaller ram by kingston with less mhz to fit in the cooler or shall I just with the stock one and have better ram?

Both memory are pretty much at the same price here in the uk according to PC Part Picker.

Solution

That's what I have; the CM Hyper 212 EVO and the Corsair Vengeance RAM (tall heat spreaders).

I tried the easy solution of raising the heatsink fan but it had to be raised about 1" and the appearance was poor (and might hit the case side on some computer cases).. That's why I pulled the fan off and hand ground off 1 mm x 10 mm from the base of the fan near the RAM. Works fine now!

I'm looking at a Cooler master hyper evo 212, its the one everyone recommed.

No problem Do as i said or you can simply lift the bracket of the fan and mount it a little bit higher so that it wont touch the heatsink many people uses like that.
