Not one for over locking or anything like that. I would like it to be pretty quiet as well

You won't really need a water cooling kit for your cpu, since you aren't getting the K model I suppose you aren't overclocking, and the stock cpu cooler will suffice.
Also, a 750w corsair RM750 are not that more pricey than a 650w from corsair, might wanna check that up, it doesn't really matter for that pc spec, but bigger is better imo, for futureproofing.

Also, get 1866 or 2100 mhz ram, not 1600 mhz. The price is almost identical, rather have something that is faster than slower at same price.
Rest is fine though.

If you wish to overclock, get the k model of the processor instead.

If you like a clean look I would suggest watercooling.

Also, the Corsair H100 is perfect for quiet cooling and excellent cooling.

With an FX-6350 and a Corsair H100, I oc'ed to 4,5 ghz stable with a max stress temperature at 56 degrees.
