I've recently been planning to upgrade my Graphics Card, Processor and Mother Board as they're becoming out of date, but I'm not sure if my 600w power supply will be able to run these new parts. Please let me know if I will or will not have to upgrade my power supply to get these parts going! Also, if you have any recommendations or tips on parts for my PC please let me know!

For almost any single graphics card, 600W should be plenty. A GTX 750 is not one of the higher-wattage cards, so you'll be fine as long as you have the right connector ... just a single six-pin, I believe. The CPU and motherboard should not increase consumption by much.

I'd be more worried about the age of the PSU. That looks like a system anywhere from 6-8 years old. Power supplies might last longer than that, but then again, they might not. What kind and how old?

A 600w PSU would be an overkill for that setup. When the 750 launced, a big selling point was its efficiency. You could use a 750 on a 300w PSU! Also, 750s do not require any power connectors.

I would recommend buying a good quality 400-500w PSU and you'll be fine.

Reliability?

I have used a Inter-tech Energon 650w psu for 4 years, with absolutely no problems.
It's still going strong.

Have built 5-6 pc's with that psu, none of those have got issues with the psu.

all those fancy brands are fine, but they aren't the only reliable PSU's out there, cheap can be as good. Only reason I swapped it to a Corsair RM750 is because I like the excluded wiring, and I need more PCI-E power pins due to crossfiring.
The RM750 gave more value compared to RM650 or RM850.
