CASE-Cooler Master Elite K(night) 280, USB 3.0, Black
And a mouse -Esperanza GOBLIN 6D, Optical, USB

Why buy another cpu cooler? There is a stock cooler with the i5, which will suffice since you aren't overclocking it. Else you would get the K model.
Buy 1866 or 2100 mhz ram instead of 1600 mhz, same price more performance.
GPU; Check out 270x, you want to pick the cheapest of 270x or 760 gtx.
The rest is fine.
