Gentlemen (and gentleladies)

I ordered an intel i7-4790k with the intention on overclocking it. Through my research, it seems every chip I've been able to come across is of the batch L3 or L4.

My chip is an X4. I've been searching for the better part of an hour, and have yet to find any information at all on this batch....any ideas or leads? Specifically anything in regards to issues or overclocking.

Says made in Vietnam, which I assume is the X.

Regards-

Walter

Thoughts? Shouldnt I be closer to 1:1? Not 100% sure what I'm looking at here...

MOBO: ASROCK z97 Extreme6
CPU: i7-4790k
RAM: GSkill Sniper 1866 (2x4g)

Thank you-

It's generally considered that 1:1 FSB: DRAM is optimal...I'm at 1:7

Isnt it 1.7V RAM ? 1.65V most probably
Also run Speccy . it s a good tool for gatherring info
