Hi,
I'm building a small mini-ITX pc for my parents, and they want as little wires and visible pieces/parts as possible. They are very fussy about it's looks, so they want the monitors to be identical. Right now I'm looking at either:
1.2x 24" monitors with built in speakers LG E2411PU-BN
-Brand new, costs 2x $122.50 CAD + 12% tax + $13 shipping. Total= $288.98.
-1080p, built in speakers.
2. 2x 21.5" monitors, no speakers, used LG E2211 specs here
-Used from craigslist, 1080p, no speakers.
-I have one of the exact same monitor already, bought for $50 used, for my own personal computer.
-Current one for sale is $40(can possibly get it for less) no extra fees. Mine own + one on sale = $90 in total.
I really want to get the used LG E2211, but my parents don't want it because it requires standalone, visible speakers.
Which monitor should I buy?
How can I get concealed/built-in speakers if I end up getting the monitor without built-ins?
