My friends pc I built him crashes on APB Reloaded, there is absolutely nothing that worked on the games forums/steams forums.
All drivers are up to date(not saying all the drivers are perfect, they never are)
Runs Perfect:
Old Rust(Fantastic)
Dota 2(Max)
Warframe(Max)
Crashes on game load in:
APB: Reloaded(Max)
New Rust(Any Settings)
I repaired the games, checked cache, opened from file, without drm
I have no clue what it is, please help

fx6300(I reapplied the thermal paste, with arctic 5)
r9 270x(Asus cooler)
Biostar mobo(idk name, I'm not at his house, nor is he online)
G skill 4gb ram(3.2 Available)
Seagate HDD 1TB(Less than 10% full)
