So before I get started here are my system specs--

Pentium G3220
MSI R9 270 Gaming
MSI H81i Mini-ITX motherboard
450W Rosewill ARC PSU Bronze certified

So all has been fine and dandy up until around last night when my PC began to get really, really bogged down. I mean like, before I could be playing LoL and have a youtube video in the background with 1 or 2 more tabs open while I had spotify and skype open and it ran fine with the occasional +/- 1-5 FPS spikes. However, last night I had a few things open and all of a sudden it got really slowed down. Like, Chrome crashed, skype became super laggy, and spotify began repeating the song. Is it possible that my RAM has gone bad or has it because of a silly issue like I just need to reseat the RAM. Any help would be great.

P.S. My AFK RAM usage 3.66 at desktop.

how much ram do you have? 32bit windows are limited to 4gb. it seems like you are already using virtual memory! if you have both over 4gb of ram and 64bit windows then your cpu is most probably running out of resouces for a reason (check your processes) or you are dealing with throttling due to overheating!(check cpu-gpu temps)

I have a 64-bit OS. But I figured out that the following night I had turned on some windows media thing and it was taking up almost half of my RAM by itself. I disabled the process and everything went back to normal.
