So my friend is looking into building a gaming pc for around 400$. And he is wondering since he wants to play watch dogs at medium settings. Is a dual core processor good enough?

Motherboard:

Solution
I wouldn't match the G3258 with such a motherboard , I'd rather spend more towards an i3 or a better GPU and less towards the mobo.

A b85-Ds3H from Gigabyte is good enough.
