I have cooler Master 430 with front intake and rear exhaust fans. Where should I put another fan? And should it be intake or exhaust. I'm thinking an intake fan on top near front. Case has 2 spots on top, 2 on bottom and one on the side. Or add additional fans. I just built it. My build is:

Case Cooler Master Elite 430
PSU Corsair CX 750 (750 watt)
MB Asus Crosshair V Formula Z AMD 990FX AM3+
CPU AMD FX8350 (8 Core 4Ghz (5Ghz max))
Ram Corsair Vengeance Pro ((8gb x 2) 1866mhz
SSD SanDisk Ultra II 120GB SATA III ( win 7 pro and xp pro dual boot)
HDD WD 1TB SATA II
WD 1TB SATA III
Seagate Barracuda 320 GB SATA III
Seagate 150Gb SATA II
Optical Sony DVD RW
LG Blu-Ray DVD R/W

This machine is way overkill for what I do.

You don't really need to buy any more fans. At MOST just put the top exhaust in. That should be perfectly fine. I doubt you will need a bottom intake.
