Rig specs
CPU: i7 4770k (not OC)
MOBO: Gigabyte z97n-wifi mini ITX
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16GB 1600MHz
Hard Drive: 1TB WD Black
Video Card: PNY 4GB Geforce GTX 770 (OC edition)
Cooler: Antec H20 620
PSU: Corsair 600W CX

I'm running "Lord of the Rings Shadow of Mordor in Ultra no Problem but my CPU seems to get a little to Hot!. I need a stronger cooler for my CPU i want to keep at least 10 degrees cooler on a full load any recommendations
BTW my case is the Corsair 250 obsidian mini ITX case that could be the problem but the ventilation is fine

Solution
1) You can get a BETTER FAN optimized for radiators likely then the included one. Linus from Techtips looked into that and it makes a HUGE difference. Can't remember the model but a good fan might cost $25 or so. Probably your best bet.

2) The i7-4770K won't even throttle until roughly 100degC. I can't fathom why you'd be above 80degC in a game with that cooler unless it is damaged (low fluid, bad pump, fan bad or not spinning fast enough).

3) Other case fans?
I strongly suggest both a FRONT (intake) and REAR (exhaust) which are PWM, attached to the motherboard and properly setup in fan control software to be essentially silent in idle mode but ramp up if needed.

I got the impression your case came with a single fan? If so, maybe...

4) Radiator fan direction.
Many "experts" recommend using the fan as INTAKE because it cools the CPU better. I disagree. While it CAN do this because it's sucking in cooler air this also means you're putting the CPU heat back into the case.

So to be clear, the CPU itself is being cooled better but everything else gets hotter including the graphics card, and even the CPU's voltage regulators on the motherboard.

Remember A big heatsink is not always more efficient. If your going with Air then I would say the noctua nh-u12s. It is about $60-70, Very good performance and low temps for it's size the cooling . The results can be within margin of error for any other High end cooler, more so when you put another NF12 on it. . . I have one and it is much better than the Hyper 212 Evo i used. Liquid cooling is a mixed bag. There is only one AIO Kit I have my eye on and That is the swiftech h220x.
