PC Freezes Randomly During Gaming

Hey everyone, I built a gaming rig i have a somewhat ongoing issue with it. When I play video games,BF3,BF4,COD,NFS any game the computer freezes up completely,nothing work neather mouse or keyboard and needs a hard reboot. This freeze up can happen an hour into playing, or 10 minutes, or 4 hours...
They are coming randomly..
Didn;t have something like this ever on my PC can you guys give me any help what can cause this

PC Specs:

1.-(PSU) - HANTOL-ATX - 685 Watts
2.-(MB) - GIGABYTE- (H61M-DS2)-DVI
3.-(CPU) - INTEL CORE- i3-3220 @ 3.30 Ghz
4.-(GPU) - GIGABYTE - GEFORCE GTX 660 OC WF 2 GDDR5
5.-(RAM) - 8.00 GB DUAL - CHANNEL DDR3 @ 1333 Mhz
6.-(HDD) - WESTERN DIGITAL Blue - 500 GB - 7200rpm
7.-(OS) - WINDOWS 8.1 PRO 64 bit

Nope it doesn't frozze in nothing else not on desctop not on chrome,while browsing,you tube or anything else..
it only frezees after couple of let's say 10 mins,and suddenly everything stops,if i am on skype call or teamspeak ,in backround
i can hear my friend that works,but only that,,and my mouse don't work ,my keyboard don't work
so what is this what should it do ...

Still doin't it IF I DON 'T BOOST UP SPEED FANS ON GPU CARD,which is not a temps,the temps in BF4 without FAN SPPEDING THEM reaches 55 C after 2 hrs gaming,BUT IF I BOOST fans it is 47 - 49 C,i have very good air flow in sistem case 4 fans 120mm enter air 1 back exsosting,so i was saying and if i don;t RUN the msi after burner or asus tweak or whatever program to boost GPU fans atleast to 60-70% PC will frozze,and like i said if i am on team speak or skype i can talk and hear OTHER GUY person so can anyone help me,my GTX 660 don 't reaches high temps ,i guess ,my Normal non-boosted fans in game reaches 55 C Max=trust me but PC will froze,and if i turn the FANS 70 % on msi afterburner,PC don't frozes CPU max temps 47-54 C ,degress.So can any one tell me what is the problem here my

And what is with the My Memory clock my GTX 660 says that it's working on 6008 Mhz Memory Clock,and when i play it goes to 3005 Mhz ,i am on sata 3 ,,6 GB/s,HDD,and MOBO pluged 6 GB sata 3 ,PCI -E 3.0,so what 's the deal how to get those 6008Mhz clock memory speed.thanks
