My brother's PC wasn't posting so I did some work on it, and took the opportunity to swap his parts into an old case of mine. Now, the computer posts, but none of the motherboard or front panel ports work except the Ethernet port. The Mother board is a Biostar A785G3, nothing special. Things I've tried so far:

-Reseting CMOS
-Swapping mem sticks
-Draining all power? (I think...)
-Checked CPU pins
-Swapped different PSU
-Check all connections

I have literally no idea whats going on. I've never had this problem before with any computer project. I can't get into the Bios because I cant get a keyboard working. I'm on the verge of buying a new Mobo, but if someone has some other wisdom, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Is this for the case front ports only? or the motherboard IO too?
If it is just the front port, ensure snug connection between USB headers on the motherboard, if that fails it is probably the wire between the motherboard connection and the front plug that is causing the issue.
