Can this motherboard support Dual width/Dual slot graphic cards like GTS 450 and GT 740 ?

It doesn't look like a dual slot card will have any issues fitting. However it may be bumping up or partly covering the PCI slot on that board. As long as there isn't anything in that slot then you shouldn't have any problems with the dimensions of the card. You will need to have a case that provides enough slots as well.
