Here ya go...i wish people would really research further and have a definite answer before saying something that's false.

"DX12 contains a number of improvements that can be used to improve the API’s CPU efficiency; we’ve announced that all Fermi, Kepler, and Maxwell GPUs will fully support the DX12 API - See more at: http://blogs.nvidia.com/blog/2014/09/19/maxwell-and-dx12-delivered/#sthash.Sz2UooZE.dpuf"
Yes 770 supports up too direct x 12 when it releases with windows 10. Nvidia has already announced direct x 12 will be fully supported all the way back to fermi cards. FULLY SUPPORTED. So yes directX 11 and 11.2 that's capable with windows 8.1.

do you have any source for your answer ? because i did not find anything about nvidia saying that directx 12 will be fully supported by their products

Yep when I get off work I will post the link AGAIN. They announced it on their blog post. An official nvidia blog post by one of their developers or something. Also they announced it at a conference that some of amd's developers were at and and was able to confirm it. The post stated direct X 12 will be fully supported all the way back to fermi.
