Looks like an old fashioned crash to desktop.
There might be a conflict in your mod load order. Check that the esm/esp list loads everything correctly and that esm/esp-bsa dependencies are fully met.
A couple side notes, BTW...
1) Next time, edit the thread rather than creating a new one...
2) edit the title, as it hardly explains your issue
3) you're using nexus mod manager, which is "a huge kick in your jewels" for how difficult it makes to maintain things. Use MOD organizer for mods, and LOOT for load order sorting.
Also, give a look at Skyrim Total Enhancement Project (STEP, in short), as the guide they have explains very well how to properly mod Skyrim.
