Hi, please suggest me a good configuration for a gaming desktop to play the latest and upcoming games like LOTE mordor, ACU, DA:I, witcher 3, gta5.
I also want to buy a monitor of res 1920x1080 and UPS within this budget.
So far have only thought about gtx 970 but dont know which brand to buy.
Im also considering i5 4440 for CPU as im building for first time and don't want to overclock.

Would really appreciate some inputs as i'm a total noob.

I'm choosing from flipkart. You can compare the prices of these components from various websites with the help of Google chrome extension: "Compare Hatke".

Processor: Intel 3.1 GHz LGA 1150 i5 4440 4th Generation Processor Rs.12075
Motherboard: ASUS H97-PLUS Motherboard Rs.8840
RAM: G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL) Rs.6899
Graphics Card: Sapphire AMD/ATI Dual-x R9 280X Radeon 3 GB DDR5 Graphics Card Rs.22950
Power Supply: Seasonic S12II 620 Watts PSU Rs.6050

Cabinet: Cooler Master K281 Mid Tower Cabine Rs.3899
Int. Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24D3ST DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive Rs.1000
Monitor: Dell S2240L 21.5 inch 1080p LED Backlit LCD Monitor Rs.8788
Keyboard: Dell KB212 Wired USB Keyboard Rs.400
Mouse: HP KY619 3 Button USB 2.0 Optical Mouse Rs. 325

Total: Rs. 75,000/- (Remaining money for the UPS, I can't find any UPS products in flipkart. If you find a good quality UPS's price in any retail store in your area, the remaining money after buying UPS can be spent in your system build)

Note:
1) I chose H97 mobo, because the H97 and Z97 chipsets are the only available chipsets in motherboards to support 5th gen Intel processors. So, you can upgrade for a better 5th gen powerful CPU in future.
2) 2 x 4 GB RAM sticks (Dual -Channel) work 10-15% faster than the 1 x 8 GB RAM sticks (Single Channel). You can get the same RAM model I suggested above for Rs.6000 (and save Rs. 900) which is a Single 8 GB Stick.
3) I chose R9 280x over the GTX 770 because the difference is very very small (about 3-5 % only). But the price is roughly around Rs.4000 higher for the lowest priced GTX 770 in flipkart. Overclocking the R9 280x further can help you zero this performance difference. The GTX 970 is Rs. 29.5k in www.theitdepot.com (Don't know about prices in retail shops). Say for example, if you get a UPS for 2000Rs., the remaining 3000 can be spent to get GTX 770 and a 600 W PSU. Or even getting a GTX 970 reduces the power consumption for greater performance increase and the PSU needed is just 500 or 520 W.
4) I chose 620 W power supply because the recommended PSU wattage is 600 W for the system containing R9 280x and the extra 20 is for GPU overclocking in future.
5) You can always omit the Blu-Ray/DVD Burner while building a PC as they're cheaper and can be installed anytime with very much ease.
6) I chose that Dell keyboard and HP mouse from my personal experience because they're strong quality products. However they're not "Gaming" category products.

Overall, check these components with retail shops near you and see whether you get money saved.

TIP: Going with single 8 GB stick, omitting the DVD burner for now saves you 1900Rs. After knowing the UPS price, the chances of getting GTX 970 will be more.

these are only a couple idont know which to choose and the price range is vast.

whats the difference between WD green and blue

will a single RAM effect gaming performance

No, see this link (Under Tier Two Class-A category) http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html.. The S12II and M12II 620 W Seasonic units belong to the same category of solid units. The price is the only difference. Go for S12II and save money.

Any UPS will do, it depends on how many minutes you want for back-up in power failure situation. With 600VA UPS you will have around 5-10 mins of backup time (5-10 mins for saving your work and shutting down, this means you should reduce the load as soon as possible after the power shuts down in your place, save your work and shut down). And UPS doesn't depend on PSU or vice-versa, so you can have any.

WD Black = Performance (OS, Games, Programs) - Expensive
WD Green = Storage (Movies, Pictures, Music) - Cheap
WD Blue = Anything - Averagely priced (Refer : http://www.buildcomputers.net/western-digital-caviar.html)

If you are using a discrete GPU, you wont see any real performance gain from single to dual channel memory. Your GPU's VRAM and its Clock speed (Memory Clock) has more of an influence in games rather than system ram.
