Windows 7 Crashes on the starting windows screen after GPU drivers installed.

What do I do? I had this problem on my other system with the same GTX 770. Its an Msi GTX770 4GB. I have no clue on to what the problem could be. All I did was go to the nvidia website then download the latest drivers from the website.

My Specs:
CPU: AMD (Piledriver) FX-8320 3.50GHz (4.00GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 8-Core Processor - Retail - OVERCLOCKED TO 4.0GHz
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Quiet CPU Cooler
GPU: Msi GTX770 4gb Twin Frozr
PSU: EVGA Supernova 850 G2 80 Plus Gold
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
H.D.D : Western Digital 1TB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro Series DDR3 2x8GB 16GB 2400MHz
CASE: MS-Tech Hornet

P.S: I CAN LOG ON USING SAFE MODE AND I DOWNLOADED THE 344.18 DRIVERS FROM THE NVIDIA WEBSITE.

Do you get a bluescreen of death when it crashes? Without some kind of log, it may not be possible to diagnose the problem.

What does the PC do when it crashes? Does it turn off the entire computer? Just the monitor? Reboot?

What GPU did you have before this?
Try this, it might work.
First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.
http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/
Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.

Before this I had a GTX560ti 1GB. What happened with my 770 was it said a diver has stopped working but had recovered for a bit then a few day later I re installed win7 and everything worked fine until I installed the drivers. After that it just loads the "starting windows screen" then just goes black and reboots with a few beeps from the internal speaker.

I went on that website and downloaded that thing but I dont think it did anything atall :/ What should I do. Ive system restored to before I installed the nvidia driver downloads.

Alright I will try.
This time I am installing from the disk instead of the website.
Its downloading 331.82 but I am unsure what to download from it. What would you suggest:

Graphics driver
3D Vision Controller Driver
3d Vision Driver
HD Audio Driver
Microsoft .NET Framework
NVIDIA GeForce Exp
PhysX System Software
