Cannot find files after using my HDD to another computer

Hi please help me with my issue. Awhile ago, I went to my friend's house and copy some files using my other hdd from my computer and used it on his computer. We succeed to copy the files and i went home and tried to plug in my hdd but when I look on my hdd, the files that im looking for was not there. I tried to enable/disable my hdd in device manager and my hdd capacity was also changed.

Yes i can still see my files it's like the files i copied was ther but i can't see it. It happened before but with my main HDD that has OS on it. Please help me. That was a big file like 90gb files.
