So i'm builing an AMD build using the FX-8350, and im unsure as to what motherboard to get. This being my first build, I want something that it cheap, powerful, has support for at least 16 gigs, overclocking abilitiy, and everything else you think I need. I am looking to spend around the $50-$100 range but am willing to go over for extra features. Thanks!

Looks like the Asus M5A99FX is the one for you. It's $109 after rebate and promo code (the latter of which ends when the month ends). It supports 32 GB of RAM (4x8GB), is easily overclockable, and has the best chipset for FX processors, the 990FX (quad GPU's FTW!). You get 7 SATA III ports, 1 eSATA port, and 2 USB 3.0 ports, to name a few. For the $10 over your budget, I think the quad-GPU support is worth it over cheaper 970 or 990X based boards.

Out of curiosity, why the 8350? You can grab an 8320 and OC it up to and past the 8350's stock speeds with a good cooler, which I assume you'll be getting anyway.
