I have a 256GB SSD. However, it's only 238GB available space written on my PC. Is the 7% saved for the over-provisioning? But the SSD should be 0 over-provision (Adata Premier Pro SP900). Provided it has over-provision, does it mean I don't have to leave 10-20% free space?

*This is because humans and drive manufacturers treat 1k as 1000 whereas everythihg else computer related treats 1k as 1024. So a 256gb drive is 256*1000*1000*1000 bytes which windows divides by (1024*1024*1024) to arrive at 238gb
