what is the apu i could buy for 200 dollars

Solution
If you dont already have the motherboard I would steer clear from the APU platform all together.

The entire platform is budget CPUs that dont measure up to other CPUs. A $110 FX-6300 is still better the the best A10. Once you get a descrete graphics card you have taken away the only advantage the APUs have (very cheap low end gaming) and your weak CPU will soon be bottlenecked by any medium range GPU (like a r7-270 or better).

Well the highest costing APU is the AMD A10-7850k. $150 I believe.

Haswell Pentium and R9 270 are no pushovers. If my AMD Athlon X4 760k R9 270 can play BF4 ultra settings (albeit 30 fps), the Haswell Pentium paired with it can play it at maybe 50-60 fps. The single core performance severely matters in that game.
