Will This Build Need Extra case fans?.

Solution
In that case you are right where you need to be on cpu/ram/mobo/psu.

Since doing encoding and gaming both you might consider going up to a corsair 300 or even a fractial design 3500 to get better airflow. The SPEC cases while decent cases are still their "budget" line. (I got a F.D. 3500 on newegg a few days ago for someone for $50).
The case comes with 2 fans. If you find you need more in the future, then buy more.

Now is this for gaming only?

If so the i7 is not going to help you anymore then an i5
The 16gb of memory is not necessary, 8gb is plenty
750w psu is overkill for a 970, you could get by with 550, 600-650 being ideal.
WiFi will be undesired for gaming, if you can not use wired ethernet then a 500-600mbps powerline adapter would be much better then wifi.
