None of my games on my PC will load

Well I woke up in the morning and I wanted to play payday 2 I went to go onto steam and it wouldn't load anyway sooner into the day I got into steam I had to roall back my pc though I i also uninstalled steam and that didn't work so when I finall got back onto steam I was realy happy because I thought I had got it sorted but I hadn't on steam the launcher for the game can on and I stayed on for a split second the it whent back off and that is where I am now.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

what error does steam says? also can you try to download another game to check if that loads

the error says setup file 'gameinfo.txt dosent exist in subdirectory 'game name' check your -game parameter o VCONFIG setting

but that error dosnot come up on pay day 2 it comes up on every other game
I am going to down load a game now 1 sec kk

If my memory is correct right click on the game in your steam library the option should be there
