What would the performance difference be without an SSD drive and just a 1TB hard drive?

This is my build im starting to buy parts today,

I will be using this PC to Edit, Game, Multitask, and probs use 2 monitors in the future.

Also I will be using it exessively, will it overheat?

In games there will be no difference. In editing there will be no render time difference.

Change the PSU as it is low quality. Get an Antec, XFX, Seasonic unit.

Difference with what? the SSD?

Faster computer boot times and faster program load times for things actually installed on the SSD.
