I have this

get a nice/okay case and a corsair cx430watt or an antec vp450watt or something like that.

Make sure that the ram is on the compatibility list of that motherboard,i've read that the "fury" ram doesn't always work well with some chipsets.Don't know about this one though.
Looked a bit and on this site it says it isn't compatible,

Yes 450w is enough.

As stated get a 80 plus bronze or better.
There is no regulating body that requires all PSUs to be tested to make sure they can output what they claim.
Get an 80+ bronze or better unit from Antec, EVGA, Seasonic, XFX, or Rosewill Hive or Capstone (NOT ARC).
