How do i control my fan speed?

Hey guys, so my computer fans have beeen running way too noisy unnecessarily and i want to reduce the fan speed. What software do i use? i tried speedfan but it doesnt work for me . i wanna control the two fans on my case and the two fans from my h105 watercool , Also what would be the best settings thanks guys

Check your BIOS for speed profiles.

Speed fan can be confusing to use, look up a guide on YouTube and try it again.

Last option is a fan controller which can range from 15/20 bucks to 60$ or more.
