How Big of a PSU do I need?

650 should leave you room to spare. I got a 650W XFX for my parents last year around black Friday time (not a black Friday deal though) for like 50$ US, not sure how the USD-CND value is though, you might still be around that price. I should think so though. XFX is a good name though, and they make a solid PSU.
