8-Drive RAID 0 Setup Worth It?

Hello everyone,

I am planning to purchase eight OCZ Vector 150 SSDs and put them in RAID 0.

Is it possible that 8 drives would not scale well or will it truly give me ~8x faster performance than a single SSD?

Also I am completely aware of the big risk of data loss

I think I'm gonna go with a 3-drive setup and free up drive cage space for watercooling.
