SSD Missing Suddenly Missing Space

Hi guys,

Edit: As per suggestion, I ran TreeSize and found a bit of a disparity in the info displayed HERE.
Why does Windows tell me the disk is 223GB with 185GB used, and TreeSize doesn't list the size of the drive, and says there's only 145GB used. Which is correct?

So I have a 256 SSD with Windows 8.1 and all my programs installed on it, with all my downloads and media being stored on a 1TB HDD.

I had roughly 60GB of free space yesterday, then I had an issue where my video card drivers half installed and then the power went out. This required a system restore as my card refused to work. Everything seemed fine, then I wake up this morning [PC was on overnight] and there's an error message informing me my SSD is full. So I uninstalled a couple of programs, emptied my Recycle Bin, and ran CCleaner - but I still seem to be 'missing' a large amount of space. Apparently only 24.8GB free of 223GB, which leaves around ~100GB unexplained.

I've checked the easy avenues, like;
Hidden files [Selecting everything on the drive and looking at Properties reports 92.4GB on disk]
Memory Paging File [Set to 800-2024MB]
System Restore Points [Only 2 saved, using ~6GB]

I'm at a loss as to where so much memory has been used somewhere. I really hope it's not corrupted or requires a format to correct. Any advice on where to find and free up this space would be greatly appreciated!

Full info in case it somehow helps:

Windows 8.1
Intel Core i7 4770 @ 3.4GHz
16GB DDR3
nVidia GeForce GTX780 3GB
Kingston SSD 256GB
WD Caviar Blue HDD 1TB
Qnix 27" 2560x1440 @ 90Hz

Solution
Go through folder by folder. Look for anything new.

Go though Uninstall Programs and see if anything is new.

Run a virus scan eg avast, malwarebytes

Thanks for the suggestion, i've added the results to the OP. Any idea why there's that big difference in what's free/used?

TreeSize says 145GB used, Windows says 185GB used.

If TreeSize is accurate, then where is the other 40GB?
If Windows is accurate, what is that other 40GB being used for?

If it's just some hidden background process or critical log file you need to have, that's fine. Just want to know, it's confusing.
